Towards the middle of 2019, my husband and I decided to sell our home. We interviewed 3 realtors from 3 reputable real estate company. Tonia Kleinsmith from Coast Family Real Estate was one of the realtors we met and immediately we both knew that she was the right person for the job from the beginning because of her enthusiasm during our first meeting. All 3 realtors presented their usual home comparison list and all gave us an assessment of the value of our home. We chose Tonia to sell our home because she first sold her sales track record to us and then she showed us some of her designations and gave us a brief rundown of the homes her and Kenny has sold. She also took the time to tour the house and made very detailed notes of the best-selling features of our home and suggested ways to increase our chances of selling the house even before we sign the listing agreement. She explained the entire process to us so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. We felt very comfortable with how Tonia managed the sale of our home. Real estate jargon can be very confusing and Tonia was kind to explain things to us in normal people language so we were very clear with the whole process at all times. I need more stars to adequately convey my admiration for their terrific sales skills and appreciation for getting top dollar for my house. When I decided to sell my house in CA (I live in FL), I researched agents who had sold houses in my neighborhood...the Kleinsmiths had sold multiple houses near mine at the listed price or above. Wanting a realtor with a proven track record, I connected with them and they were awesome. I had an offer prior to listing the house, which later fell through; thankfully, they had multiple offers in the wings, one of which turned out to be the successful one. I was especially grateful for their efforts at coordinating and monitoring repairs, landscaping services, and other prep activities. Their contractors were responsive, very inexpensive and performed A+ work. Success oriented with a strong customer focus...I would highly recommend this world-class sales team to anyone!
