Ayelet was strongly recommended to us by 2 colleagues who had also relocated to the Atlanta area, and she deserves every bit of the high praise written in previous Linkedin recommendations. At first we had a difficult time figuring out what we were looking for in a house and Ayelet patiently worked with us to help us determine the right fit. If I had to rate Ayelet as if it was Tripadvisor – my rating would be top ***** rating in all parameters ! Her tag line and motto is “Always here to help YOU” and this is genuinely true ! So, first and foremost, Ayelet was there for us to resolve any issue, at any time, even if not directly related to her role as a relator. As an example , she actually paid from her own pocket 600$ for an inspection on our behalf, just because we didn’t have yet cash available in our newly set up US bank account. She took care of connecting our house to the electric service as we were not physically present in the US. Would you expect this kind support from a relator ? I wouldn’t and this is what made the whole experience working with her so different. We could count on her for any matter! Second , as a relator, she is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the whole process of getting the right house for you : from the infrastructure and the materials used to build the house, to the schools and the neighborhood around the house, to the paper work and processes to get everything approved etc’. She acts like a consultant as she totally understands her customers’ needs and desire. Lastly, it is her personality and character ! Ayelet pays attention to details, she has very fast pace and she will ‘make things done’ for you (e.g. following up with the bank until we received a required approval) . She is responsive and a hard worker and before you even ask, she will pick up the phone to find out the answer for you . She is devoted to her work , very patient to her clients and you always feel top priority and comfortable to ask, and this is one of the things which made a big difference for us. But above all – is her integrity ! she will act as if she were the customer himself and will ‘go the extra mile’ for him. Bottom line, don’t look anywhere else….I can not think of going through this process without Ayelet. Myself and my wife are very grateful and thankful for what she has done for us.
