Guest Pass FAQ
You can invite any licensed real estate agent to the event! Whether they are an Institute Member are not yet a member, they are welcome to attend as your guest.
Your guest will have full access to the Leaders in Luxury event. From our luxury property tours, to our incredible networking events, to our cutting edge talks and panel discussions, they can experience it all.
Yes! When your guest registers for the guest pass, you receive a $295 credit towards your next membership renewal!
You can still invite your guest, even after you've already registered for the Leaders in Luxury event.
Unfortunately, you cannot receive a Guest Pass if you've already registered for the event. However, when you share a Guest Pass with someone else, you receive a $295 credit towards your next Membership Renewal!
We cannot give you $300 off your Leaders in Luxury registration when your guest registers for the event. However, you will receive a $295 credit towards your next Membership Renewal!
Cancellation Policy
As space is limited for this event and attendance numbers are required to be sent to vendors, refunds, partial refunds, and account credits will only be given as requests are received by the dates below:
- Full Refund: Cancellation requests submitted between April 15th through September 26th will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
- No Refund, No Credit: Cancellation requests received on or after September 27th will not receive a refund or an account credit.
