About Anita

I chose to work in real estate because I love helping people navigate the purchase and sale process.  I think it’s very important that people who are involved in these important transactions understand all of the implications and have a person who can walk them through the process step by step. I believe that it’s my job to make sure the customer understands all the options available and makes an informed decision. Many of my most cherished friendships are past customers who liked working with me as their agent and came to understand that they can trust me with their most important decisions. I am an intrinsic problem solver and finding the right house or marketing and selling a home are problems that most people shouldn’t have to handle on their own. I like being a part of their team!

I have been working in real estatefor the past 22 years. I am the Broker/Owner of Royal Highlander Real Estate Consultants.  I focus on luxury resort properties, waterfront properties and equestrian properties in Northeast Florida (Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville & Beaches, St Augustine, Palm Coast to Ormond Beach). I was the Resale Specialist for Palencia Realty which sold properties in the pristingegolf & resort community in St Augustine from 2006-2007.  I worked for Sam Folds Realty as a Broker Associate from 2003-2005.

Iam a very detail oriented person who likes to uncover all the possibilities when people are searching for a home. I know that this is an important decision and I have the patience to keep working with a customer who needs to take their time to find the “perfect” home. On the flip side – I can be very intense and high energy for the customer who wants to look at few homes and make a purchase in a specific time frame. My customers are my top priority and I show it by being very responsive to phone calls and emails. I am also an experienced boatowner and know what to look for when buying or selling waterfront property –from navigable waterways, bulkheads, docks, boat lifts and tidal swings – I have the experience to properly represent a customer looking to market or purchase their waterfront investment.
