About Cindy

As a North Atlanta Resident since 1987 and a Rookie of the Year at another major real estate brokerage firm in 2000, her first year in business, Cindy is very familiar with marketing and selling everything from single family homes, condos and town homes to luxury properties and golf course communities.  Cindy has helped sellers and buyers in all price points sell and buy homes priced from $109,900 up to over $3 million.  She has attained multiple designations, such as Associate Broker, Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Relocation Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Graduate, Realtors Institute, through many hours of educational instruction.  Prior to starting her career in Real Estate, Cindy worked in the marine industry for twenty years in various aspects of sales and marketing, where she received numerous awards for her sales performance.  She uses that knowledge and experience to help you become an educated buyer and/or seller.  Cindy believes that we should never lose sight of the fact that real estate is NOT about dealing with property, but about helping people.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is a lifetime member of The Elite Realtors Society.
