About Kevin

Kevin has an extensive background in sales and marketing. For 16 years he served in a variety of management roles growing his Real Estate brokerage from 20+ agents to 165 agents. His company ranked in the top 250 brokerages in North America and the top 50 in the Prudential system.

Kevin Patterson returned to sales in 2005 and in 2008, he launched his independent brokerage, The Patterson Group. He has been fortunate to maintain his status as a leader in the luxury market.  In the last 7 years he has  listed over $500 million in Residential Real Estate and sold over $300 miilion worth of property. In 2013 Kevin sold $54,000,000+ worth of residential real estate, averaging more than $1,000,000 per week in closed sales and finishing at the top of his market.

His  reputation has been built on hard work, professionalism and integrity.

Kevin believes in giving back to the Colorado Springs community. His community and volunteer activities have included serving on the Board of Directors of Penrose St. Francis Hospital, The Colorado Springs School,  Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Executive Board Kissing Camels Property Owners Association, Executive Member of the Economic Development Corporation and Co Chairman of The United Way Tocqueville Society.Kevin also serves as volunteer auctioneer for over 18 Non Profit Charities in the Pikes Peak Region and has helped raised ofver $2,000,000 for area charities and non profits. 

Kevin in a previous life was Director of National Corporate Accounts for Marriott Corporation and has traveled extensively. He is a former US Marine Corps Infantry Captain who also served as a White House Aide and was a 1979 Graduate of Texas A & M, where he was Vice President of the Student Body, he is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

He loves Colorado and Colorado Springs. Kevin counts many customers as personal friends.
