YOU MUST READ THIS REVIEW! My experience with the Wiley Group made the selling of my home painless. Just giving Bob Wiley 5 stars across the board is not even close. We put our home up for sale at the worse time of the year.... 12/2017 right during the holidays. In addition to that we went to visit our daughter on the west coast for three weeks . Crazy but true . Bob Wiley called us stating an open house one weekend (3 days after it was on the market) when an appointment was scheduled on Thursday. Two hours after the appointment (seriously 2 hours) we had an offer ! We sold our home in three days to the first person who looked at it. We couldn’t believe it! About Robert

Bob & Roxanne my wife are newly residents of Lakewood Ranch Florida.  I am originally a Baltimore Maryland native with over 45 years of customer focused selling experience.  We moved to Florida to open another business called Prime IV Hydration.  Roxanne currently runs our business.  I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Baltimore.  I have served on many community association boards and was representing the Canton (in Baltimore) area as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Red Line transit program. After many years of being intrigued by the Real Estate industry and owning rental properties of his own, Bob decided to take the Real Estate Course in 2010.  Roxanne & I have been business partners with the Wiley Group since then.  I have been a member of the Highlandtown/Canton Exchange Club. As of 2013 Bob is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified New Home Specialist and is Residential Construction Certified.  Also since 2013 Bob has been a member of the Luxury Institute and in 2019 he erned the CLHMS Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.  We currently own a condo in the Lakewood National Golf Community and live in Lorraine Lakes with our son.
