I’m an experienced real estate buyer, having owned several investment properties as well as primary residences. But I had not bought property in Texas so I definitely needed a good agent. I found one in Tina. I ended up buying a lot in a Round Rock new build community and went through the build process. That is not something I’ve done before, and Tina was with me every step of the way. She was willing to be “the bad guy” for me when we had difficult issues with the builder, and she always had answers for my questions. I liked her so much I referred my son and daughter-in-law to her when the time came for them to buy their first home. On top of being knowledgeable, attentive and professional, Tina is a super nice person.
