I really did not want to use the above title as it may give the wrong impression. I was referred to Belinda by a close friend of mine. I was interested in buying a new home and possibly selling my current home. Belinda met with me and she listened to all of the things I would be looking for in this new home; and, she heard my concerns about my current home. She was very upfront and honest about the whole process and she even helped me to realize that I needed to take care of some immediate things before I should proceed. She is such a great realtor! I really, really appreciated her hard work and dedication. And, even more so, I truly appreciated her for taking the time to set down with me and for giving me her professional opinion. Belinda Buchanan has over 19 years of Real Estate experience: Residential, REO (bank owned), short sales, commercial, probate, 1^st time buyers and trust sales.  Belinda has lived in Alameda and Contra Costa counties during 26 years of living in the Bay Area. This experience in both counties gave her a real understanding of the microclimates and traffic patterns unique to the greater bay area.  Belinda has owned homes and been a landlord in both counties. The experience of being a landlord lends straightaway to her understanding of how to buy for investment purposes and building generational wealth via home ownership.

Belinda spent 10 years with Ford Motor Company in various management positions before entering real estate.
