Robin F Weant President at Patria Properties Inc, A graduate of the University Of North Carloina at Charlotte with a BA in Psychology also a holds  Certifications from Surry Community College in Viticulture and Enology w/ Honors . Robin owns a condo in downtown Winston Salem at Traders Row which was featured in Step-in-side Winston Salem Monthly, and a small 14 acre farm in Lewisville,which was written up in Step-in-side Winston Salem Monthlyas well  Robin was freatured also in the local paper as Realtor PLANTS VINEYARD AND GROW TRUFFLES where she has planted a vineyard,a truffle orchard, fruit trees, saffron, ginsang, and other rare specialty crops.Robin is tireless with her animal rescue, and lobbying against Cruel Animal Factory Farming, she is  especially fond of water fowl and Parrott rescue, Robin has a Papillion which she found wondering highway 21 ,Black Swans and an African Gray that can carry on complete conversations with her and her Partner. Robin even raised a pig and tought her to find Black Truffles, unfortunatlly she died to soon at the age of 8 months of a seizure in her sleep in her bed in her bedroom.Robin Specializes in the sale of vineyards and wineries, she has her wholesalers and producers licenses for her own label, she knows the grape growing, wine production, wine marketing, from planting to exporting to other countrys. Robin also Produced her first Black Truffles in 2016 and started THE NORTH AMERICAN TRUFFLE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION.NATPA she is also a member of the Truffle Society of America
Robin chose A name belonging to her Grandmother,Elsie Patria, (pronounced pa-TRAY)a strong woman with strong values she taught her grand-daughter that honesty, faith, and integrity were the basis for a good life, Robin can think of no better way to run not only her life, but her business, she has been in this business for 31 years and has sold in markets where interest rates were at 17% and in markets were sellers were paying thousands of dollars just to close in the early 90S in Arlington VA. Robin moved back to NC in the late 90s and went to work selling new construction, and exsisting homes, she was co -chair of the parade of homes in Winston Salem and was also a judge for the parade of homes from the late 90s to 2003, Robin  judged home in the Greensboro areas Charlotte areas, Wilmington and Raleigh markets.Robin represented builders in the $750,000 range and up all winning the  the prised gold every time.
