What do Clients Say?

We had a great experience selling our home with Margaret. We actually had a listing with another agent who couldn't sell it for six months but then Margaret was able to do a quick turn around with an offer within six weeks. You can count on professional, complete and accurate advice and guidance from Margaret at any stage of the selling process. Stan & Ann

Margret helped us find our new home and sell our old home. When looking for our new home she listened to what we were both looking for and found and showed us numerous home that meet our wish list. In selling our old home her suggestion on how to get it market ready were spot on, we sold our home believe it or not in just 3 hours! We found her knowledge of the local real estate market is far above other agents we have worked with in the past. Four years ago, I asked my friend (Vice President and General Counsel at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston) to recommend a realtor who could help me locate and purchase a home that my husband and I would use as a rental for my daughter (plus roommates) who was beginning a 4 year Veterinary Medicine degree at NC State University. He recommended Margaret Sophie and we couldn't have been happier with this recommendation. Margaret honed in on exactly what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods convenient to the Vet School and we found the perfect townhome after looking at about 7-8 possibilities (including condos, townhomes and individual homes). Margaret, who was as personable as professional, eased us through the entire search and purchase process with ease. She was even helpful with recommendations for repairs and improvements we wanted to make once the purchase was complete. We have remained in touch, and now after 4 years, we have asked Margaret to be our realtor as we prepare to put this wonderful townhome on the market later this spring. Bill & Pat B

Bill & Pat B | Home Seller & BuyerMargaret was introduced by a friend who she had helped sell their home. We were only in the area for a 3 day weekend and looking at colleges with our son and deciding to move back to US after 10 years of international assignments. We called Margaret on Friday evening after touring the colleges in the are and she dropped all her weekend plans and spent two days with us calling favors on builders and developers so we could see houses and lots in the areas and meet a few builders/developers. Her excellent drive and connections helped us decide on where we are today. Margaret helped us along the building process also. Margaret is a life long friend and highly recommended to everyone Rakesh & Anu A
