About Janelle

We are Doug and Janelle Duncan, the Duncan Production Team at eXp Realty. We are a married couple, We have been married for what seems to be a lifetime, with the same life goals, causes we are passionate about and similar interests.  Janelle says it seems like two lifetimes!  We are best friends and have extensive knowledge in architecture, staging and design, and with that trust and commonality,  it makes it seamless as we help our clients find the right homes and sell their homes for top dollar and create that WOW factor that gets the best success.

The real estate market has been ever changing . We have experienced so much through balanced times, aggressive times and even when everything completely collapsed. These issues just sharpened us for each shift that was next. We learned early on that keeping relevant in the market and focusing on the highest level of education is vital. We both have our brokers licenses and have designations (focused education) in luxury sales, military relocation, short sales, divorce sales, working with seniors and investing.  We have been able to successfully negotiate the very best contract prices and terms for our clients, whether they are buyers or sellers and build repeat business and referrals from our raving fans.  That totally warms our hearts!!
