We were looking to relocate from Michigan and Kathy was recommended to us as "The best realtor in the Cleveland / Chattanooga area." It's absolutely true! One of Kathy's great strengths is listening carefully to her clients. We discussed the style of home we were looking for, the price range, the type of neighborhood, etc. and she went to work. In probably the worst market to buy a home in, Kathy found innovative ways to get us access to homes we wanted to see (We lived 9 hours away from the area in Tennessee we were looking at). She would go through the homes with us via Face Time when we couldn't drive to see them (Homes were literally selling in hours of their listing). Kathy found us a home that really fit our style and expectations. And in an overpriced market, she helped negotiate the purchase for under the list price - a great deal we absolutely love! She was also very helpful at our closing - this is where her experience really showed. She caught some issues with the title work that would have left us without a "Clear Title". The title company took an extra hour or so to clear that up, but it was well worth it and we're grateful for Kathy's experience and dedication to getting it right for us.
