Where do i begin!! Glynnis Johnson is the most competent realtor that I've had the opportunity to work with. As a developer, I've relied heavily on her expertise, and industry experience to guide me in pricing my units to sell for maximum profit. She ALWAYS goes the extra mile for her clients. I've personally bore witness to her unexpectedly being asked to drive more than 45 minutes away to program a garage door opener so the deal can close. Needless to say Glynnis is dedicated to closing the deal for her clients. She is hands-down my realtor of choice for all of my property development pursuits. I cannot recommend Glynnis strongly enough! She was our superhero in the home-buying process. She patiently taught us out-of-state buyers about every neighborhood we wanted to learn more about, and gave us the most epic and illuminating tour of the city in her car! Glynnis was there every step of the way fighting for us to get the best property at the best price with the best contract possible. Glynnis was amazing. As a first time home buyer, I went into the process with a lot of questions and trepidation in making a decision. Glynnis was patient with me throughout. She answered all my questions (despite how basic they may have been) and she allayed many of my fears that come with home buying. One of the best things about Glynnis was how astute and attentive she was to my reactions, impressions, likes and dislikes. After our first few showings, she knew and understood what I was looking for better than I did myself. Despite this, she never rushed me into a decision nor did she let me settle for something that I wasn't truly wanting. She simply prompted me with questions and conversations until I came to the same conclusions on my own. In her free time, Glynnis enjoys visiting her family, traveling abroad, hiking and spending time with husband and rescue cats, in Roscoe Village.
