Tracey was our listing agent as well as our buying agent. She sold our home in a day. When selling our home, she was very thorough with comps from area, so we felt knowledgeable and confident about our asking price. About Tracey

Selling East Texas for the past 17 years. Extensive experience as a LISTING AGENT, with a specialty in waterfront properties on Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni. In 2017, I was featured on HGTV's popular show Lake Front Bargain Hunt: Renovation. Other specialties include, Luxury homes, agriculture and recreational acreage as well as Farm & Ranch properties. I have successfully been listing and selling properties in East Texas since 2006.
