If you are looking for a realtor who is really on top of their game and actually CARES about doing an excellent job, go with Donna! I did quite a bit of research and chose Donna to sell our seasonal home due to her excellent track record. Within 3 days of listing our home Donna showed the house to dozens of potential buyers at all hours of the day, and we received 4 offers after the first weekend. Donna truly makes you feel like your needs are her number one priority. She was extremely responsive to all of my annoying questions via whatever mode of communication we preferred (text, e-mail, phone). I am a worrisome person, but Donna always seemed to calm my nerves and be one step ahead of me. Also, because I live over 90 minutes away from the home we were selling I thought it was going to be an annoyance driving back and forth, but Donna was always willing to take care of everything at the property and save me a ton of time and mileage! In addition, Donna has several connections in the area which was helpful for us in hiring contractors to complete some repairs that needed to be done quickly.
