Katie Criddle is hands-down one of my favorite Realtors. Being a former realtor myself I’m very picky and I like to be in control. I felt comfortable giving her control of the situation and trusting her judgment considering that I was not familiar with Washington in the way that she was. I came from a different state as a realtor. She does everything by the books. And when we were selling our house we actually left pretty shortly after it went under contract. She went over to the house and checked on it multiple times between the time we left and closing. There are many other little personal details that she puts into helping you buy or sell. And we have done both with her. I highly recommend her. She’s very organized, very knowledgeable, and very responsive.

It took us forever to find a house! Poor Katie! We also had our first realtor quit on us ???? we are assuming, because we didn't know what we were doing or because she didn't know what she was doing. Someone we knew recommended Katie and we are so HAPPY they did! Katie is awesome and is on the ball. She knows a lot about different things like home renovation, HR costs, timelines for repairs (as well as estimations), etc. etc. so she was able to give us rough estimates for the many homes we walked through (most were fixer uppers). Something that I really appreciated is that she waited to see what we wanted from her. For example she withheld her opinion until we asked her for it and by the end it felt like we were in sync with her as she understood what we wanted and didn't want in a house that she knew when to give advice, when to push us and when to withhold! I also really appreciated that she was patient with us, and NEVER pressured us into getting a house even though we searched for several months and had a few houses fall through. Really she is awesome and we repeatedly said to ourselves how much we love her. AND at the end of our sale she paid for a professional cleaner to come in and clean the house before we moved in, because we have two small kids and would not be able to clean before our move-in date! We are so happy with Katie and would do everything all over again. Pick her!
