I was a first time buyer and she spent a great deal of time walking me through the buying process and making me feel very comfortable with everything. The house was a short sell and she put in a lot of overtime negotiating with the bank. I know a lot of other agents would have dropped the ball several times on this deal, but Deborah was very diligent and even got me a home warranty and termite treatment. I was so happy with her service, I used her for an investment deal. It's really hard to find an agent who works hard, who's always available, who knows the real estate business and the different markets like Deborah. I would never consider using anyone else for my real estate needs. We had a request for a showing the same day (as she was placing the sign in the yard) and sold on the first day, first showing. We weren't quite ready for such a quick sale as it had taken us 2 1/2 years to sell our previous house and didn't expect to get our asking price. Deborah did a great job representing us and our best interests every step of the way. She is very tenacious and knows her stuff. She is very fair to both the buyer and seller but always keeps her clients best interests at heart. She has great contacts for all necessary 'needs' wether you are the buyer, seller, new to town, etc. I would not hesitate to use Deborah again, if the need should come about, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a quality agent.
