About Rachel

I truly care about my clients and my client's goals become my goals. As a transplant myself, I love assisting others with relocation. My background in property management and renovations for multi-family have been essential when helping my clients find vacation homes and investment properties here in coastal NC. 

Military Members/Veterans: Did you know that the military brought me and my family to NC? My husband served in the United States Marine Corps and was last stationed in New River. Being in a military family, it was even more important to me that I become an expert in assisting military families with buying and selling their homes! There is no longer a conforming limit for VA loans, allowing military members and their families to join the luxury market, which is extremely deserved.
