It was an absolute pleasure to have Yolima as my realtor agent during my home buying process. This was my first home purchase so there are many unprecedented elements to consider about the area, the process, and the house itself. Yolima proved to have outstanding knowledge in all these areas, as she made my experience more than smooth. She was able to provide an understanding of the economics of the area which are of course very important when investing into real estate. Not only did she provide the economical statistics about the area, her background allowed her to provide knowledge of the structure, the foundation, the roof, and other civil aspects of the actual house. I am not from the area, so the civil engineering of southwest structures is different from what I am used to seeing. Yolima displayed a high level of understanding on this matter and pointed out potential areas to be monitored with the house (completely aside from the inspectors). In addition to her expertise, she was so kind and friendly that it was something to look forward to when we went house searching. She made it so fun and exciting - her positivity and personality made it so easy to get along with. Another part of the process was the house searching. All I had to do was tell Yolima which houses I wanted to see and she took care of the rest! What more could you ask for? She made the schedule, contacted the listing agents with questions I had, dedicated the time to go with you, and printed off all the information about each house.
