Nikki Blakely-Simmons is a lover of all things Real Estate and Wealth Building. She is a licensed Georgia REALTOR®, Instructional Designer, Brand Strategist & Professional Development Coach, Voice-over talent and Professional Speaker. She has been an investor in Real Estate since 2004; and through her experiences as a buyer, seller and investor, has built her business – NBS Real Estate Group on the premise of two foundational principles, which is: 1) to educate, guide and support as many people as possible in the home buying, selling and investing process and 2) teaching them the importance and value of using Real Estate as a vehicle to generate wealth and leave a durable life legacy. Nikki is a multi-million dollar producing Real Estate Advisor with certifications as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Relocation Specialist, National Commercial Real Estate Advisor (NCREA), and Real Estate Mentor. In 2022, she closed 18 transactions totaling over $7,415,000 in sales as a Solo Agent and was awarded the TOP Producer Award and named 2022 MVP by the Wealthy Group powered by eXp for being the #3 highest producing Agent out of 300 Agents. She was also recognized as a Top 10% Real Estate Producer by the Atlanta Realtors Association in 2021 and 2022. Nikki serves as a Real Estate Advisor to Luxury and Corporate Relocation Clientele and their families. She also has a passion for working with Medical Professionals relocating to and from Metro Atlanta and, assisting Millennials in realizing their dream of homeownership for the very first time. Nikki is passionate about her work in the Real Estate industry. Her ultimate life goal is to change and transform the lives of others, through the process of educating, coaching, and training on how to generate, duplicate, and maintain wealth through buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate.

When the Real Estate Mixologist is not "mixing up something great" and creating successful real estate experiences for her Clients, she is coaching and training her team on being successful real estate professionals. Nikki currently has 70 Real Estate Agents within her Wealthy Mixologists organization that she coaches and trains. Her organization closed over $25,000,000 million in sales in 2022. Outside of real estate, Nikki has a successful track record in business. She owns the L’Evated Brand, a Branding, Marketing, and Professional Development Coaching business geared towards assisting business owners with identifying their brand voice and identity, creating identifiable brands that attract ideal Clientele, while building thriving businesses through successful growth strategies. Nikki’s coaching clients have implemented her tested strategies and tactics that have aided in expanding and scaling these businesses to next level success.

Nikki also served four years as Vice President of Women Leadership Network of Atlanta, a 501c3 leadership, professional development, and networking organization for women and young girls in the Atlanta metro area, where she was responsible for all branding and marketing initiatives. She also worked for a major Hospitality chain for eleven years, where she developed an internal insurance division, the very first Sales Support and Assurance training program, and revamped a loyalty marketing program, increasing membership from 85,000 to over 250,000 in less than a year.

Throughout her career, Nikki has fostered and built great professional relationships, partnerships, and collaborations with organizations and individuals, by building trust, remaining consistent, and always exhibiting overall great business acumen. Most recently, Nikki was nominated to the Georgia Agent Advisory Committee (GAAAC) for a two-year term as Co-Chair. Her role on this council is to serve as a direct liaison with EXP's leadership team, giving EXP's agent's an avenue for having their voices heard by providing value feedback to the council, who then shares it with the executive team. In addition to her work within the State of Georgia, Nikki was recently appointed to the Union City Development Authority (UCDA) as Commissioner, affording her an opportunity to work closely with City Officials and constituents right within the city where she lives and serves.

Nikki also has a love and passion for entertainment and community service. In 2018, she was a cast member of a reality show being pitched to major networks entitled: Single. Married. Divorced. Additionally, Nikki is an 18-year active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and contributor to the metro Atlanta community through her many volunteering efforts.

She is married to her best friend Alfred E. Simmons and together they have four adult children. In less than three years of being a resident of the Metro Atlanta area, Nikki was recognized as a Phenomenal Woman awardee by Millennium Business Advisors, a Woman of Achievement nominee by ACHI Magazine Awards, a Founder’s Rising Star nominee for the RICE Awards, a Women Uplifted honoree, as well as being featured in several local Atlanta magazines. Her most recent recognition was being featured in the Creating Your Seat at the Table Magazine, a digital and print magazine that reaches 7,500 subscribers monthly.
