Stop your search, Grant is the realtor you're looking for. I have worked with Grant on numerous transactions with several angles over the years: as buyer (multiple times), as seller (multiple times), in dual agency situations, buying off-market, negotiating seller financing, in a 1031 exchange, on both primary residences and investment properties, and even resolving an utterly intractable big bank lender. Grant knows how to navigate every situation expertly - which is both cause and effect of being the highest-grossing agent in the entire state of Nevada last year. About Grant

As an Incline Village year-round resident for more than 30 years, I immensely enjoy life in our fantastic alpine town!  Adventures may take me across the country and around the world, yet I always return home.  Lake Tahoe just can’t be beat!

At the University of Southern California, I received multiple undergraduate degrees in Environmental Studies and Political Science before attending Vermont Law School to pursue Masters of Science in Environmental Law (MSEL) and Juris Doctorate (JD) degrees.

Lucky to be able to raise another generation in our phenomenal town, my magnificent wife Molly and I have two daughters: Charlotte and Allison, plus Lucy our golden retriever.  We all enjoy being actively involved in the community, supporting local non-profits both fiscally and through board of director volunteer positions.  Easily identifiable on the hiking trails, ski slopes, golf courses, or beaches you are sure to find our family somewhere outdoors enjoying the abundant amenities Tahoe has to offer.
