Matt is an exceptional realtor. After hurricane Ian my wife and I made the decision to buy a place inland within a golf course community. After seeing his website we reached out to Matt to help us find a place. After a quick introduction Matt had me email him all the details of what we were looking for. Quickly, Matt narrowed it down to 7-8 communities explaining the pros and cons of each community. We then narrowed it down to 2 communities with a total of 8 houses fitting the bill. My wife and I were looking for house in a golf community in Naples, but living in the Chicago area, we had no idea where to begin. So of course, I turned to the internet. I found “Naplesgolfguy” which seemed like a good place to start, so I emailed him. I was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt, professional reply, so our online conversation began. Matt quickly educated my wife and I on the Naples golf community market and the best way to navigate it. He helped us make a list of our criteria and began sending us listings. Not long after, we flew down to Naples and met Matt in a parking lot. My wife and I were immediately impressed with his approach and laid back demeanor. There was no pressure at all, and he told us up front, he’s work with us to find exactly what we wanted regardless of how long it took. We soon had absolute confidence in him, and we really enjoyed being in his company, something I rarely say about salespeople! On our way home, at the airport, we contacted Matt to make a offer on a house. He adeptly guided us through the offer process and the next day we had a deal! Matt’s attention and responsiveness didn’t end there, he was a huge help all the way through closing, referring us to a lawyer, home inspector, etc., each of whom we were pleased with. Matt even did the pre-closing walk through, sending us pictures and commentary as he conducted it. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with Matt. I cannot recommendation him highly enough and seriously doubt there is a better realtor in Naples, or anywhere else. The “golf guy” is a “golf god” when it comes to finding a golf community home in Naples!
