04 Sep 2024 Tracy is the best agent in the Niceville Area! Tracy was our agent when we bought our Niceville home in 2016 and again in 2024 when we sold it. Both experiences working with Tracy were fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about the Niceville housing market, which is challenging to navigate due to how quickly houses sell. We would not have been successful buying or selling our home in Niceville without Tracy. Tracy always makes herself available to answer questions/work contracts, even when she is on vacation! With deep roots in North Carolina and a love for the Emerald Coast, I’ve called this beautiful area home since 2008, when the Air Force relocated my family here. After launching my real estate career in Fayetteville, NC, during my husband’s station at Pope Air Force Base, I quickly developed a passion for helping people find their perfect home. Since returning to real estate full-time in 2014, I’ve successfully sold over 200 homes along the Emerald Coast.

As a Navy veteran and Air Force spouse, I have a unique understanding of the demands of military relocations.
