Jacqueline Fieldhouse is an energetic and dedicated real estate professional who has called Fernie home since 1998.
Fernie is a historic mountain town founded in 1898, located in southeast British Columbia, Canada and is completely surrounded by the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Fernie has a thriving cultural scene, the enthusiasm of a vibrant youthful population and a scenic, tranquil location. Fernie is a 3-hour drive west from Calgary, Alberta, 11-hour drive east from Vancouver and a 2-hour drive north from Kalispell, Montana USA. Home to world re-knowned Fernie Alpine Resort and Elk River favourite passtimes in Fernie are all things "mountain", like alpine and XC skiing, biking, world-class fly fishing, hiking and so much more.
Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Jacqueline followed her now husband to Fernie and has since fully embraced the vibrant community and breathtaking Elk Valley. Like many of her fellow Fernie-transplants, Jacqueline moved to Fernie for the snow and as most quintessential ski-bums do, worked in hospitality and tourism for much of her early years here in Fernie. Managing and operating a backcountry cat-skiing lodge with her husband for many of those years, taught her not only the meaning and reward of long hours and hard work but fostered a deep desire to make people happy.
With over 8+ years of experience Jacqueline is known for her down-to-earth and service-oriented approach, Jacqueline combines her background in real estate marketing with deep local market knowledge to educate and support her clients through their real estate journey.
