Imagine this: One of your buyers isn't available M-F 4 A.M. to 7 P.M. and the other one of your buyers works two states away and is gone two weeks out of every month. Now, add a one month turn around to find them a home and close! If this doesn't sound difficult, let me assure you... it is. Corinne accomplished this and SO much more.
