About Nick “Tiger”
I've been selling South Florida real estate since 2005, and I lead the Tiger Team at Real Broker, where I'm part of Real Luxury. The properties I love most are the ones other agents call difficult. Three condos combined into one residence at Decoplage on Lincoln Road? Sold in about 30 days at nearly double the building's previous high. An older pool home in East Fort Lauderdale? I didn't show buyers one house. I showed them three ways to own it.
That's the job. Find what makes a property special, figure out exactly who will want it, and tell the story so well they can picture their life there. Then negotiate hard and protect the contract all the way to closing.
Before real estate I was a chef, so details matter to me. I'm the son of an Army colonel, which is why I'm part of Real Military and why military families and veterans get my full attention. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which helps when your buyer is flying in from São Paulo or Bogotá.
Most of my business comes from referrals. If you have a client making a move in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or the Palm Beaches, I'll take care of them like they're my own.
