Teddy - Miss Tracy is an excellent person and realtor. I had property in Southern Colorado I’ve never seen and we were disgustingly this and she said she would look it up for me when she got there. And she did and she drove almost from one end of Colorado to the other then sent me a picture and specifics on my property . This is very helpful since I am in Texas that was just done as a favor a very wonderful person. If she says she’ll do something for you she will she’s very reliable and trustworthy. Colorado now has a gem.!!

2024 - 10 years on this real estate adventure and boy do I wish i would have started sooner because I LOVE it!  After attending Texas Women's University with a degree achievement of BS in Theatre and Dance, my career as an entrepreneur began as a children's entertainer and then agent for 30 years now.  After a while, I got bored and decided to embark on an adult career..LOL. Knowing that the basic needs of people are Food, Autos, and Houses. I chose houses because I had tried Food..starving artist..My sister and father did every aspect of the auto industry there is to no avail...but all my Realtor® friends had nice cars and houses and were super smart and kind.  My goal was to help people achieve their American Dream of home ownership and equity/wealth building using real estate.

My start was actually on the investor side of the fence with co-wholesaling, then wholesaling, but with the market going up up up, myself and many of my investor colleagues decided to gain our license to be able to offer all things real estate.  This choice led me to choose a broker of course.  EXP Realty has been an amazing choice as the education and mentorship is endless.  

My first License was in TX where I am from and my two amazing sons were born and raised.  Beginning working with an investor's listings and soon listing my own clients, I learned real estate from both sides of the fence.  When a family illness moved us to my husband's hometown of Longmont, CO, I quickly achieved my CO license as well.

My certifications or specialties include: Relocation, REO, IIS (Institutional Investor Specialist), Veteran Specialist, eXpress offers Ibuyer program, and now Luxury.  My geographical expertise is DFW/Denton in Northern TX and the Front Range specifically Denver and North to Wyoming border along I-25.
