Larry was ahead of us every step of the way from offer to closing. He was a massive help with marketplace information and advice for how to react to our sellers many concerns. He was in constant contact with the sellers agent and that proved to be crucial in formalizing the deal to everyone’s satisfaction. We were buying this place sight unseen and he was a very effective “eyes on the ground” for us in his understanding of our needs and ability to steer us when the stakes were highest. He has gone above and beyond with his reco’s for trade folks (electricians, painters, etc) to work with in getting our new home set for us to move into. There aren’t enough accolades to convey about Larry. ASK FOR LARRY if are looking for a home in Knoxville. He will make it happen soup to nuts!

He is both personable and professional which is important when you're working with someone to find or sell your home, such a personal and financially significant thing. The home selling / buying process can be unpredictable or scary when you haven't done it in a while, especially when regulations or market conditions have changed, but Larry expertly guided us through the process. We hope to not move again, but we'd use him again if we did!
