I called Stephanie Patterson with the Cole Team with Real to help us purchase a home in Forsyth County, Georgia. This is not my first time using Stephanie. She sold my home before I left for Seattle in very dufficult times in my area … 2014. Later in 2018 she spent a couple of years looking for the perfect house for me to return to the same area via email and chat lines. She then sold that house for 500k over what I paid for it 4 years prior and helped with my new house build. The Cole team is for the long run and Stephanie did a consistently great job for me. I was looking for a realtor who had first-hand knowledge of a neighborhood my family wanted to move into and that could also see the value in our existing house to sell above market in a neighborhood where values hadn’t caught up yet to current market trends. After doing weeks and weeks of research trying to find the right agent, I called Stephanie Patterson with the Cole Team at Real Broker to help us out and couldn’t have been happier. She helped us sell our home and purchase another in Forsyth County, Georgia. It was 5 star Michelin service, even as busy as she is with other clients, we always felt like her only one. She responded to all my texts in an extremely timely manner, and when we needed more time, would schedule phone calls. Think you don’t need an agent, think again, Stephanie came up with some very innovative ideas that I had never heard of before to make our offer stand out above others, while we also needed the sale of our existing house as part of the contingency. She openly listened to my input and together we made a winning team that turned my family’s dreams into a reality. We were able to sell our existing house far above market with a clean offer and 0 contingencies the first weekend it was listed, plus she devised a free rent-back that provided us an additional week to move out of the house, completely stress-free. She also scheduled back-to-back closings so we signed off on both houses in one office one after the other, couldn’t have been any easier. We can’t emphasize enough how pleased we are to have found Stephanie. After a failed attempt to sell our home last summer with a realtor that did not come up to par, we decided to wait for the New Year and took time to do better research for someone that understood us and could lead us through what had already been a very stressful time.
