Chad Blanton’s extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate investing as well as being a licensed REALTOR for over 20 years provides him a unique view of the real estate market and market trends that he is able to share with his clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires. A longtime resident of Warren County, Chad sells residential and commercial properties in Morrow, Maineville, Mason, West Chester, Lebanon, Montgomery, Blue Ash, Springboro, Loveland, and the surrounding areas.  Specializing in new construction, golf course communities and relocation. 

 Chad enjoys taking a hands-on approach with his clients and is well supported by his superb office support staff and team at Coldwell Banker Heritage.  He uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level as well as being a FAA licensed UAV pilot.  Chad was selected as the Realtor of the Year by the Butler Warren Association of REALTRS (BWAOR) for 2017, is a former director on the board for the BWAOR, is a member of Ohio REALTORS (OR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Cincinnati and Dayton Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  In his off time, you will find Chad enjoying a leisurely round of golf at one of the areas pristine country clubs or you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors while hiking.
