Monica Shea is a seasoned real estate expert, adoring mother, and local Colorado Springs resident with a true passion for her craft. Originally from the Tampa Bay area in Florida, Monica studied at the University of Florida and began her professional career in public relations and logistics for a large international agricultural company. However, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch a successful real estate investment company in 2005, which ultimately led her to pursue a full-time career in real estate.
