Greg Young: Having used Sally before to sell our home a few years ago, we did not hesitate to enlist her services again when it came time to purchase some acreage for a future Hill Country get away. She has personal experience purchasing raw land & serving as her own GC building several homes. Sally drove us around a pretty large area of the state (Kerrville, Junction Bandera, Bourne) to try to help us determine a desired location. Once we zoned in on a location, she walked numerous properties with us. Her & her husband/assistant Jay were able to point out features of the parcels to consider during the construction process ex: possible house placement/road entry, clearing/land prep that would need to be done, access to water/electricity, etc… We found this to be extremely helpful as we had no previous experience buying/building on acreage. They even used a drone so that we could see the entirety of the heavily wooded lot we were interested in. Sally negotiated an aggressive offer & was able to get us a great deal on the perfect place with an amazing view for our future barndo home! We loved working with Sally and would 100% use her again!
