Becky Groe was referred to us to help sell a property my father owned after his death. She was absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job! We all live out of state. Becky Groe, from Coldwell Banker Realty, Colorado Springs, is amazing. She is a top-notch agent who took the time to understand what we wanted in a home. She answered all of our questions about listing and selling in a professional manner when we were confused on how and what it takes to buy a forever home. Her advice and experience kept us from panicking when we had some difficulties with the seller. Becky Groe demonstrated the problem-solving skills needed to negotiate with the seller after problems arose from the home inspection. We have receipts for the new roof, electrician, and sewer line maintenance. After we signed the papers, we found out that the house had not been cleaned. Becky Groe helped us with this, too, by paying for our new home to be cleaned by professionals.
