My husband and I worked with Prerna on the sale of a home in Centennial that had been in my husband’s family for almost 60 years. Prerna expedited and coordinated contractor appointments with five different trades and provided valuable insight on necessary repairs versus credits to overall sale price. In addition, she was present for all repairs that required access to the interior of the home and ensured proper documentation of repairs for the buyers. We would definitely use Prerna for any future residential real estate purchases in Colorado.

Prerna worked exceptionally in order to sell our house. Her workplace was quite a distance away, with her being in Denver and us in Colorado Springs, but she visited us often. Additionally, she was polite and communicated well. I don't speak English very well, but her fluency in Japanese greatly helped the house selling process go smoothly. This was our first time selling our house, so we were very grateful for the variety of advice Prerna gave us. If I had the opportunity to, I would choose her again to sell our house. Simply put, Prerna Kapoor is a golden find! I met her last year at a housewarming. My friends had been househunting unsuccessfully for the last few years; they were looking for a needle (a gem to be precise) in a haystack! Prerna listened and 'understood' their needs and found them their 'gem'. She held their hands and walked them through the entire purchase and made a very tedious process seamless for them!
