My family and I decided to relocate to Minnesota from AZ. My husband found Darin’s youtube channel filled with a wealth of information. We decided to reach out for a conversation about our move. About Darin

Darin grew up in northern Minnesota and moved down to Minneapolis in 1999. After earning an entrepreneurship degree at the University of St. Thomas he started his real estate career. Darin spent 2003 - 2006 working for a real estate investment company. In 2006, he received his real estate license and held his license with REMAX. In 2009, Darin and his wife, Ingrid, purchased a home in Woodbury, MN where they are currently raising their two kids and Jack Russell dog named Banjo. In 2011, Darin started his own real estate brokerage, Commonwealth Realty, LLC. He owned and operated Commonwealth Realty until 2017 when he joined forces with Coldwell Banker Burnet - Woodbury. The next step in his journey was joining eXp Realty in December of 2019. In April of 2022, Darin and two business partners formed a real estate team called "Minnesōtan" brokered by eXp Realty. Minnesōtan has you covered from the Twin Cities to Duluth and beyond. Darin has helped buyers and sellers throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs at a high level.
