What do Clients Say?

Emily did an outstanding job as our real estate agent and I would/will recommend her to others without hesitation. She was professional, prompt, helped with any issues that came up, and was always highly responsive to all our questions and needs. She is a gem, a hard worker for the seller, and represents Coldwell Banker well. Because of her, I would use Coldwell Banker again. Thanks for such an outstanding agent!

Emily was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. She was extremely generous with her time. This was especially appreciated because she knew that we were looking for a home on a very long time frame. She is also very knowledgeable about real estate taxes in the different towns and has great advice on things to do in the area: restaurants, seasonal events, banking, and a lot of other things. We ultimately purchased a lot and will be building, and Emily has been very helpful with recommending local banks for a potential construction loan. I would highly recommend her.

About Emily

While growing up, I experienced life in both Portland and the Lakes Region, as well as New Hampshire, Connecticut and Long Island, NY. Moving is something I became familiar with early in life. After graduating from college, I served as a Volunteer-in-Service- to-America (VISTA) in Austin, Texas for two years before returning to graduate school at Texas Woman's University. Upon receiving my Master of Arts degree, I began a career in design and technology that took me on business to Israel, Germany, Pakistan, Panama and places all across the United States and Canada. Living in Greater Dallas, New York City, and Cambridge, Massachusetts in the 1990s helped me recognize the importance of my Northern New England roots and my desire to return to Maine, permanently. These worldly experiences carved out my sense of value in a place called home and provided me with a deep sense of understanding when it comes to the many impacts of moving.
I have resided in Maine with my husband since 1999 and we currently live in York county with our Chocolate Lab, Fiona. Together we have owned properties in six of Maine's sixteen counties including Kennebec County and York County where we raised our two children. Naturally, home buying and selling is important to me and I enjoy the challenges and unique requirements of every purchase and sale. I pride myself in hard work and problem solving using a balance of creative thinking and common sense. I believe my collective life experiences, as well as my tenure in the real estate profession, will greatly benefit my clients.
