After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, she practiced as a trial attorney for five years before moving to Fredericksburg in 1996. Needing a little more variety and challenge than the practice of law was providing, she opened retail stores on Fredericksburg's bustling main street which she owned for 20 years.    

In 2001 she opened her first B&B cottage and began adding properties to her vacation rental portfolio. In 2007 she opened Absolute Charm B&B Reservation Service to manage her own bookings.  Soon, others were asking her to handle their reservations as well, and today Absolute Charm is the major player in B&B reservations in Fredericksburg, marketing over 200 beautiful properties.  

Although she obtained her real estate license in 2009, she and her husband Wes Pack decided to launch Absolute Charm Real Estate, LLC in 2015. The brokerage was blessed to become the #1 office in Fredericksburg in less than 3 years! In 2019 their team sold more than any office in Fredericksburg has EVER sold,* which simply means they have helped more buyers and sellers reach THEIR goals! 

In 2018, she and Wes made the decision to become a team within eXp Realty and have never looked back!
