Christine was amazing! I had ~14 days to move to a new state with zero advance preparation and needed my house sold! I thought it would be impossible, but Christine understood what I needed, and worked the process. She lined up cleaners, a contractor to do needed repairs, and helped find a company to remove 25 years of accumulated junk. Her MLS photo tour was brilliant, and she absolutely pegged a realistic price point I needed for quick sale in a slow market...Can't recommend highly enough!

Prior service includes serving as a founding member of the Idaho Falls Police Foundation (Treasurer), the Idaho Falls School District Facilities Steering Committee, the Idaho Falls Police Department Facilities Evaluation Committee (Chair), the City of Idaho Falls’ IDAHome project (to increase housing choices across the City of Idaho Falls). She has spoken locally about housing at events for the City, Rotary, the Idaho Innovation Center, REDI (Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho), the Urban Land Institute and was recognized in 2021 as a recipient of the Mayor's Choice Award for Community Enrichment in Idaho Falls.

Chris had the distinct honor of serving as the 2023 National President of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, a network of approximately 13,000 members whose mission is advancing women as business leaders in the industry and the communities they serve. Chris is honored to have been recognized by her peers as the 2018 REALTOR® of the Year by her local Association. She is a licensed broker in Idaho and Wyoming.
