I recently worked with Aimee Kane on selling my house in Boise. I will say up front that she is an awesome person to work with. I was traveling a lot when I first decided to sell the house so I had trouble getting it ready. She took the lead calling in her team to clean, clear and organize the house to make it more presentable. Then she brought in a staging team to really spruce things up. All this was done while I was traveling in Asia for several weeks. It was amazing, if it had been just me it would have taken forever to get the house presentable. I can't say enough for the effort she put into getting things ready for market in record time! Then her real magic shined through. She had an offer on the house in 3 days and I ended up selling for asking price. This was awesome! I was still traveling a lot during the closing phase and she was always there to let people in to look at the place and I believe this was the critical item which led to the full price offer. I just can't say enough about what she did to make this happen even though I wasn't home much of the time. She also helped me sell a lot of items in the house through Facebook. I'm not on social media myself, but she worked all the details and netted me quite a sum through Facebook and her other contacts. Unbelievable! Then she organized the contractors to make all requested repairs by the buyers. I never lifted a finger except to let them in. And if I wasn't there, she showed up to enable the repairs. I will say this, though, if I'm ever buying or selling again I can assure you that she will be my first choice of realtors to work with period! Again, I just can't say enough about what she did to make this happen in just 6 weeks. From signing with her to closing. Thank for everything Amiee! It was a great pleasure working with you.
