What do Clients Say?

Ken was amazing! We were selling from out of town and he made the process much less stressful. He went above and beyond what anyone would do! We could not have done it without his positive attitude, extra help and communication.

Seller Client who lived outside of Texas

I’m immensely grateful that Coach Ken became my mentor shortly after I joined KW! He’s an exceptional coach and one of the finest individuals I’ve had the privilege of befriending. His dedication to giving back is truly inspiring. Coach Ken transformed my business by gently pushing me beyond my comfort zone. He leads by example, pouring his heart into everything he does. I trust Coach Ken more than I trust most, and he’s stuck with me forever!

About Kendred

Ken, a native of Louisiana, embarked on his professional journey in the oil industry upon graduating from high school. However, in 1983, he decided to pursue higher education and began working in the hospitality business in Lafayette and later in New Orleans to fund his studies. In 1988, Ken left New Orleans for Austin, Texas, where he met his wife while working in Hospitality/Resort Management. Together, they were blessed with two wonderful sons and thoroughly enjoyed their family life in Southwest Austin.

In 2001, Ken made a significant career shift from hospitality to the real estate industry. He became a Broker in 2005, established his own Brokerage, and in 2011, joined forces with Keller Williams. After building a successful real estate team, Ken transitioned to the role of Productivity Coach and leader from 2016 to 2022. In 2022, he returned to the field to serve his past clients, friends, and family with their real estate needs.

Ken has also been actively involved with the Austin Board of Realtors, serving in various capacities, including on the Board of Directors. Additionally, he dedicated over 14 years to volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America to support his sons in the scouting program. In his leisure time, Ken enjoys exercising, playing guitar, brewing homebrew with close friends, and cooking Cajun cuisine for his annual Fat Tuesday party.
