Let me start by saying that we interviewed 5 Realtors before deciding to list our home with Kris. When she came to our meeting, she totally blew us away with their knowledge in the area and the market. She thought of everything before we needed to ask. Need trees trimmed? She has a guy for that. Need repairs? She has a guy for that. Need a trash haul? She has a guy for that. Not only that but when I sat with Kris she had a vision on how to lighten and brighten up the home to make it most appealing to a new buyer. She has her own collection of furniture and canvases, lighting, etc. and brought them in and made the place look brand new. I didn't even recognize the place because she made it so beautiful. They even had an amazing photographer that was able to "virtually stage" some of the rooms. Such a great tool! (Virtually staging is taking a picture of the room or yard and then virtually decorating it so that buyers could see the potential in how it could be furnished). The market had taken a turn because rates went up and therefore created fear by buyers as well as priced some out of being able to buy a place. She foresaw this and made sure we priced it perfectly and ended up getting multiple offers above asking price (I was definitely not expecting that in the current market). I texted and emailed constantly and immediately received responses. When there were issues with title, she was our advocate. I could go on and on with all the great things she did for us. I thanked God every night that we found her and felt like he sent us a real estate angel. I would definitely recommend her in a heart beat and if I ever need help with selling or buying a home I would not hesitate to do it all again.

Kris was extremely professional and I received a full price offer on my property! I think this was due to the pictures that were taken of my house. Kris’ photographer took interior and exterior pics highlighting the property during the day and in the evening. The photography was amazing which I believe, sold the house so quickly. And because I wanted to move sooner than later, they got me a 30 day escrow which closed in 27 days! I would DEFINITELY recommend Kris without hesitation!
