Oh. My. Goodness. Where do I even start? Tresha is AMAZING! I went to an open house when my husband and I first began looking at homes to purchase and met her (I'm 100% convinced it was destiny that I met her). My husband and I were first-time home buyers, using a VA loan, geographically separated (he's military), on an extreme time crunch, and we were realtor-less. At the open house, I explained our situation and she gave me the confidence I desperately needed going into this new chapter of our lives. Her warmth, knowledge, and charisma instantly made me feel confident and secure. That same day, we exchanged numbers and she introduced me to the rest of her team (who were equally as amazing). Truly there are not enough words in the English language to describe just how seamless, easy, non-frightening, and FUN she made this adventure for my husband and I. Despite being separated from my husband, and my family support being thousands of miles away, Tresha was always there. Her communication is impeccable, she responded instantly- even when I would send her questions at midnight or early hours of the morning. She listened to all of our wants and wishes and made sure we found our dream home within our budget. When I say Tresha was so amazing, I mean it. My parents will be working with her when they purchase their second home back on the Eastern Shore, and my sister will be working with her when she moves back from CO Springs! Beyond the typical home-buying process, Tresha is just a gem. My husband and I feel absolutely blessed that we found her (I will reiterate that it was fate!) I cannot imagine having anyone else on our team during this new time in our lives. She made this adventure, which we heard is typically stressful and painful, absolutely special.
