My parents lived in a development in Royal Palm Beach for over 30 years. As they increased in age and were not able to manage on their own, they moved to live with a daughter and the house needed to be sold. We were referred to Simone Davis, The Legacy Group, Century 21 Lighthouse Realty. Simone met all of the qualities of a 5-star realtor. Although she was not based in the Royal Palm Beach area, she had intimate knowledge of the community and amenities. She built and maintained a professional and courteous relationship with the Trustee and POAs (The house was in a Trust). Her knowledge of our responsibilities and duties regarding the sale of property under the Trust was outstanding. We definitely learned a lot from her along the way. The house was well maintained over the years; however, we experienced several unknowns along the way which Simone handled with expertise. Her calm personality made each obstacle a non-problem. She went over and beyond her normal duties contacting and communicating with contractors for minor repairs.
