ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Jessica is officially FAMILY! Jessica served our family exceptionally well on the first property, but on this home, she went above and beyond her duties as a person who had just met us the year prior and as a Realtor! When I informed Jessica of the desired profit and timeline goals, Jessica immediately provided us with a plan of action to meet our goals. When faced with significant insurance and repair obstacles, Jessica took on the role of FAVORITE COUSIN. She prevented the need for my disabled husband and me from flying from Texas to Florida. Jessica took over the role of property manager after we had to fire the company that my in-laws trusted for over 20 years. My mother-in-love was in tears when she saw the home's condition after Jessica successfully ushered the tenants out of the home. The damage to the home was an added stress as our family was dealing with the sudden passing of my mother-in-love's husband. Jessica hired all the tradespeople, negotiated their contracts, and, in record time, had the home prepared to put on the market. Not only did she sell it for top dollar, but she also sold the home in a market surrounded by new homes. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Wow! Just Wow! My husband and I are first time home buyers with the VA loan. We were moving to a new city so already we were a little intimidated to start, especially in this market. The first day we arrived we meet with Jessica her confidence shined, it made us feel safe and confident ourselves. "We will find you a home". Our family, my husband, and I came out of Keller Williams with a smile. She would send us videos of certain houses and took time out of her day to view them, even if we were out of town. Which we loved because truly videos and in person make a world of difference! She was so honest and has a lot of integrity. Filled with knowledge on VA loans. There were some bumpy roads, but she helped us get through them so fluently. There was one seller who was not very up to date on information with how the VA Loan works and denied us because he was not confident in its funding. She very respectfully, addressed any issues with any sellers that had this or similar problems. Telling someone to do more research can be a delicate thing because, of course, no one wants to burn bridges. Jessica communicated so well that we continued to try to work around it and continued speaking with the seller. After all that, we finally found a new home! She knew exactly the home that we were looking for and respected our wishes with certain non-negotiables. She was with us through closing which was comforting. She also provided us with a list of people and businesses who offer regular maintenance services for AC, garage, plumbing, etc. People and company's with the same value as Jessica certainly get an opportunity to earn our business! Along with an amazing home inspector team. Which took photos and called out everything. Fabulous! As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), she leads with market intelligence, discretion, and the kind of preparation luxury clients quietly expect. A proud double graduate of the University of Miami, Jessica is a lifelong Hurricanes football and basketball fan, follows the Miami Heat, and is currently learning the game of golf. She lives in Port St. Lucie with her husband Glen.
