Two years ago, as we were contemplating a move to Colorado Springs, I contacted Tiffany Hyden about the housing market there. We came out to the Springs to get a feel for the lay of the land, research schools, and see some houses later that year. Tiffany showed us a few houses that I thought I had some interest in, but we were not ready to buy yet. As we prepared our home in Georgia to sell, Tiffany kept in contact with me. Sometimes I would see an interesting house and Tiffany would go to it and do a video walk-through. When we began our search in earnest, Tiffany was amazingly patient and gracious as we must have looked at every house on the market in the school district we preferred. She was a tremendous source information and resources, particularly as inspections came back and we needed expert advice about foundations, sewer lines, etc. She even endured our kids tagging along and filling out rating sheets for the houses. Overall, the experience was a great one and frankly, I am going to miss her! We got the house we really wanted at great price, even in this market.
