JoAnne was born in Nyack, New York and graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Business.

After an illustrious career as an executive for noted brands such as The Hecht Company, Hills, Ringling Brothers, Sigfried and Roy, The Children's Place, and Kids ‘R Us, JoAnne transitioned into real estate, bringing strong negotiation, marketing, and financial skills to her new career.

In addition to her real estate business, JoAnne sings with The Reston Chorale and serves the community through her volunteer work.
