About Lorraine

Blending luxury real estate with a designer’s eye and a servant’s heart, Lorraine Bryant offers a highly personalized, concierge approach to buying and selling homes throughout San Antonio, Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, and the Texas Hill Country. She believes every home has a story, and how it is presented, positioned, and marketed can make all the difference.

For sellers, Lorraine’s service often begins long before the home reaches the market. With more than two decades immersed in luxury interior and exterior design, she helps clients thoughtfully prepare their homes through strategic recommendations on paint, lighting, finishes, repairs, styling, and presentation. She coordinates trusted vendors, shares her design resources and preferred pricing when available, and personally oversees many of the details that can make preparing a home for market feel overwhelming.

Her goal is simple: take as much off her clients’ plates as possible while positioning their home to make a beautiful first impression and achieve its strongest possible result.

For buyers, Lorraine brings that same hands-on approach along with an ability to see beyond what a home is today. Her design perspective helps clients recognize potential, envision possibilities, and make thoughtful decisions that reflect both their lifestyle and investment.

Lorraine’s approach is rooted in faith, the Golden Rule, and a genuine desire to go the second mile for those she serves. She believes luxury is not defined solely by a price point. It is found in the level of care, creativity, attention to detail, discretion, and service every client receives.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Lorraine earned her degree in Communication from UTSA before spending more than two decades in sales leadership, ranking among the top performers nationwide while raising four children and supporting her husband’s career as a U.S. Army officer. During those years, she also cultivated her passion and experience in luxury interior and exterior design.

Today, Lorraine brings together real estate, design, marketing, leadership, and heart to create a client experience that is distinctly her own. More than facilitating a transaction, her mission is to make every client feel seen, valued, beautifully represented, and confident throughout the entire journey.
